The Kodokan
Never Venture . Never Win

A Private Members Club for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Enthusiasts
What Is Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
Think of BJJ as the art of turning the tables. It’s a martial art that teaches smaller, weaker people how to control and defeat larger, stronger opponents by using leverage, balance, and technique instead of brute force.
Jiu-Jitsu is about control. You’ll learn how to stay calm under pressure, escape from tough spots, and eventually turn defence into offense.
At its heart, BJJ is problem-solving under pressure. Every roll is like a chess match, except the board is your body, and the reward is confidence you carry everywhere.
